Return Policy

Our products are made and printed in real-time based on your customized selection. Because our goal is to fundraise and many of our products are custom-made for you we do not have inventory for returns and exchanges. As a result, we can not offer returns unless damaged or misprinted. If you have selected the wrong size or colour, this does not constitute a damaged product.

Our merchandise is custom made on demand and we are fundraising to send money as quickly as possible. As a result we can not offer returns unless damaged or misprinted. 

If your item arrives misprinted/damaged/defective please submit a claim within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please contact us with relevant photos for proof of the error. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If there is a possibility of a return you will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

Can I Exchange My Product For a Different Size?

Unfortunately, we can not exchange products for a different size. Please, consult our Size Guide before making a purchase. We make your item in real time as close to you as we can. Your order is customized and made specifically for you.
