When will I get my order? 

Orders are usually fulfilled within 3–7 days, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

> USA / Canada: 4-10 business days

> Europe: 6–14 business days

> Australia / Japan: 4–14 business days

> International: 10–20 business days

What countries do you ship to?

We ship orders internationally all over the globe. We do not ship orders to the following destinations:

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• russia (obviously)

• Ecuador

• Iran

My Order Has Not Shipped Yet?

We are working with multiple partners to fulfill orders. Orders that contain products made in Ukraine (as said in the title) can take longer to ship due to the difficulties of logistics shipping from Ukraine. We appreciate your patience.

The delivery time of our patches\supersized stickers\candles\pins is from 3 to 5 weeks. Specialized products and releases for example art/posters/books might have a different shipping timeline.

If your order is not shipped 2 weeks after placing an order, please contact us with your order number in the subject online.
